Series 78 Counter Balanced/Series 78SL Slip Link - Adjustable Fork Pallet Hooks

Downs Adjustable Fork Pallet Hook allows the forks to be adjusted for unusual or special pallet configurations. The fork carriage of the adjustable pallet hook is similar to that of a standard lift truck. The forks have infinite adjustment over the range of carriage and are easily moved without the aid of tools of any kind. While under load, the forks are held in place by the weight of the load. Series 78 Pallet Hooks are vailable as Series 78SL Pallet Hooks with the slip link arrangement shown below. The Series 78SL Pallet hooks are lighter than standard Pallet Hooks, but require the relocation of the lifting link to carry the Pallet Hook empty vs. loaded.
